Use the following form to request photographic coverage of athletes at OHSAA State Finals, or any athletic events. Before filling out this form, Please Check Our Event Calendar to confirm we will be covering your event. If your event is not listed in our coverage calendar, we can still fulfill your coverage needs, however, the costs are set at a flat-rate (as opposed to a per image rate). We provide AP style captioned image files for a nominal fee. Please submit this form at least 24 hours prior to the start of the event to ensure coverage. We will contact you with pricing details to coordinate delivery.
